Over three unforgettable days, we invite you to explore the heart of Patagonia’s wine country, traveling through the Alto Valle of Río Negro and San Patricio del Chañar in Neuquén. A journey where wine, gastronomy, and vast landscapes come together in an authentic and immersive experience.

We will visit family-run wineries with over 40 years of history as well as innovative projects with international reach, tasting distinctive Patagonian wines and regional products that reflect the spirit of the land. We will celebrate harvest season at local wineries, sharing sunset toasts among vineyards and conversations with passionate winemakers.

The experience is enriched with olive oil tastings in Centenario, a visit to a winery specializing in sparkling wines crafted using the traditional Champenoise method, and lunches and dinners set among the vines, where the scenery takes center stage.

Dreamlike sunsets, glasses raised at local wineries, and a guided horseback ride along the Río Negro—through apple and pear orchards—allow you to connect with Patagonia’s rural essence. Throughout the journey, expert guides and full accompaniment ensure you can relax and simply enjoy.

Thursday, March 12, 2026 :

Food and wine experiences

Region: Alto Valle (Río Negro) & Chañar (Neuquén)

2:00 PM Check-in at the Grand Brizo Comahue Hotel, a 4-star hotel located in the center of Neuquén. Time to settle in and rest before starting the tour.

4:00 PM Guided tour of the SUD Olive Grove in Praderas Neuquinas. The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and includes an introduction to the history of olive groves, a walk through the olive groves, and a visit to the olive mill to learn about the production process of Patagonian olive oil. The experience continues with a professional tasting of the estate's varietal olive oils, accompanied by a selection of cheeses, olives, breads, and honeycomb from their own agroecological hives, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavors and identity of the region.

8:00 PM Guided tour and dinner at Bodega Geromè Marteau, in Cipolletti, Río Negro. This winery, with over 12 years of experience in the region, recently opened its new restaurant, solidifying its position as one of the most attractive food and wine destinations in the Alto Valle. Enjoy a tour of the winery and dinner paired with its wines.

Friday, March 13, 2026 :

Patagonia among vineyards and bubbles

Region: Upper Valley of Río Negro

8:30 am Departure from the hotel in Neuquén towards Ingeniero Huergo.

9:30 am Immersive experience at Moschini Winery. An authentic harvest experience where passengers become the protagonists: we walk the land, harvest the grapes like a local, participate in the picking, and celebrate together the spirit of the Patagonian harvest.

12:30 pm The experience concludes with a typical Argentine celebration. Regional appetizers, Moschini wine tasting, and a barbecued rib lunch among the vineyards.

3:00 PM Horseback riding along the banks of the Río Negro in General Roca, passing through farms and vineyards. We will share mate (a traditional South American infused drink), enjoying the scenery of the Upper Valley and the relaxed pace of rural Patagonian life.

6:00 PM Arrival at Agrestis Winery for a guided tour. Tasting of premium sparkling wines, accompanied by typical dishes from our cuisine. An experience where Patagonia expresses itself in bubbles, flavors, and elegance.

Saturday, March 14, 2026 :

El Chañar: Creativity and wines of Neuquén

Region: El Chañar, Neuquén

10:00 am Departure from the hotel in Neuquén towards the wine region of El Chañar.

11:00 AM Visit to Malma Winery. Guided tour of the winery, barrels, and vineyards. Following the tour, enjoy the "Create Your Own Blend with Malma's Winemaker" experience, where you'll learn to blend different grape varieties, design a personalized label, and create your own wine. Each participant takes home a bottle as a souvenir of the experience.

Additional option: personalized delivery of the created blend to your home, with a minimum order of 6 boxes.

1:00 PM Lunch with typical Patagonian dishes, accompanied by a pairing of white, red and sparkling wines from Bodega Malma.

3:00 PM Visit to Schroeder Winery. Guided tour and tasting of its different lines and labels, accompanied by a selection of local products, enjoyed outdoors among the vineyards. During the tour, you will also learn about the winery's unique history, which includes the discovery of dinosaur fossils during the excavations for its construction, making it the only winery in the country to incorporate this paleontological find into its identity.

Sunday, March 15, 2026 :

Farewell to Patagonia

10:00 am Check-out from the Grand Brizo Comahue Hotel.

Transfer to Presidente Perón International Airport (NQN).

Return flight to Buenos Aires.
